Dimensionally inspected
Bench checked for blade angles and track
Stripped of paint
Visually inspected for corrosion
Corrosion removed
Leading edge dressed
Blades painted
Final balance

Variable-Pitched Propellers Will Be:

Completely disassembled
Dimensionally inspected
Stripped of paint
Visually inspected for corrosion
Corrosion removed
Leading edge dressed
Blades painted
Reassembled with new O rings, gaskets, grease, and oil as applicable
Bench checked for blade angles and track
Final balance
